The second log home took us about a year to build. The logs used to build the home are beetle kill from Granby. We also have a few logs from the hayman fire that we brought over from the first build. A crane was used to build the structure and to set all of our roof and floor joists.

This house is 2700 square feet and sits on two beautiful acres. It is located in woodside park which is a horse lovers community and horses are allowed on this piece of land.

There are 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths in the house. Two of the bedrooms are masters, one is on the main level and the other one is on the second level. The main level master bedroom has a patio door that walks out to the backyard. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The upstairs master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with a shower setup.

There is a large office area upstairs that can be converted into a fourth bedroom. The deck is covered in the front and wraps around to the south side of the house. The kitchen has hickory cabinetry, granite counterops and tile floors. The stairs are all log, custom made by Matt and they are gorgeous.

The heating is a radiant floor heat with two tankless hot water tanks to run the heat and domestic hot water. There is a also a wood burning stove in the living room.

This house is currently on the market for $500,000. Please contact us if you would like a showing.
